The first part of that is spent getting out of Florida, because almost everything leaving the state runs north through a narrow corridor before it turns west, so the first night usually falls in north Florida or south Georgia rather than at a state line that feels further along. Driver hours set the rest of it, and weather across the high desert in winter can move the arrival a day.
The far end decides the schedule as much as the road does. A warehouse with a firm appointment window has to be planned backwards from it, and an hour late is often a day late. A drop trailer suits a dock that wants to load on its own time, and a live load keeps the truck standing while it is worked, which only saves money if the dock moves. Nevada to Miami is planned the same way and priced on its own.

Rarely. They sit at opposite corners of the state and a truck going from one to the other spends most of a day doing it, so two deliveries usually means two loads rather than two stops. If the freight for both is small enough that one truck is the sensible answer, say so at the request stage and it gets planned as a two-stop load with the second appointment set from the start.
Can you deliver to the Apex and Sloan warehouse corridors?
Yes. Those corridors north and south of Las Vegas are where most of the freight on this lane actually lands, along with North Las Vegas and Henderson. They are big buildings with real appointment systems, so the delivery window matters more here than the drive does. Give the dock address and the window when you ask for the rate and the run gets planned backwards from it.
Is Miami to Las Vegas quicker than Miami to California?
Slightly, and the reason is simply distance. Nevada sits about 2,500 road miles out against California's 2,700, which is around a day's difference at the end of a long run rather than a different kind of service. Both are typical drive time for the distance, not a scheduled service, and driver hours and weather can move either of them. A load headed for Las Vegas and then on into California is worth saying up front.
