How this desk is actually running
The document turnaround this desk is hitting, the number of loads it is measured over, and whether it is taking new trucks. Published whether the month was good or not.
This desk has not logged a completed load yet, so there is no median to publish. When there is one, it appears here.
What this page is
Every dispatch company says it finds high-paying loads. None of them publish anything you can check. This page is the one thing this desk can prove, kept current, in public, whether or not it flatters us.
The figure is the median time from your proof of delivery reaching us to your documents being submitted to your factor, corrected. It is the span this desk controls and the one the full desk bracket makes a promise about. It is published with the number of loads it is drawn from, because a median over four loads is an anecdote and a median over forty is evidence, and you are entitled to see which one you are reading.
The rules this page follows
It publishes in bad months too. A number that only appears when it is flattering is not evidence, and a desk that quietly removes its own figures during a bad quarter has told you what those figures were worth.
It is never typed. The median renders from the log the desk keeps as it works, so what you see here and what happened cannot drift apart.
It says when it is old. If nothing has been submitted for long enough that the figure has stopped describing the present, this page replaces it with a notice saying so rather than leaving a stale number sitting there looking current.
It does not appear before it is real. Below a handful of loads there is no median worth quoting, so the page says how many loads there are instead.
- Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm Eastern
- Saturday 8am to 12pm Eastern
- Closed Sunday
- Documents received before 4pm go out in the same working window; after that, the next one.
Talk to the desk
One conversation with the person who would actually be dispatching your truck. Nothing here commits either of us.

What exactly is being measured?
The time from your proof of delivery arriving at this desk to your corrected documents being submitted to your own factor. Not the time the factor takes to fund, which is theirs rather than ours, and not the time from delivery, which depends on when the driver sends the paperwork in.
Why is there no figure right now?
Either the desk has not run enough loads for a median to mean anything yet, or nothing has been submitted recently enough for the figure to describe how the desk is running today. The page says which, rather than showing a number that would imply otherwise.
