Florida and Arizona, both ways
Miami to Arizona, and Arizona to Miami
We run it both directions and load from anywhere in Florida: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa and both coasts.
Miami to Arizona in a 53-foot dry van, four to five days, and a loaded trailer home. Phoenix has become one of the busiest distribution markets in the country, and the West Valley warehouses out past Goodyear and Buckeye are where most of this freight is actually going. Tucson runs down I-10 on the same lane.

Arizona to Miami
Shipping from Arizona to Miami?
Shipping from Arizona to Miami is a lane we run for its own shippers. Phoenix and Tucson move manufactured goods, e-commerce and cross-border freight east toward Florida every week, and if that is your direction you get a quote for your load, priced on its own, not treated as a backhaul. Give us the Phoenix or Tucson pickup and the Miami delivery.
Where in Arizona
Miami to Arizona, city by city
The lane runs Miami to Phoenix, Goodyear, Buckeye, Glendale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tucson, Flagstaff, Yuma. If your city is not on that list it is still on the lane: those are where the freight clusters, not the edge of where the truck goes.
What moves between Florida and Arizona
Phoenix is now one of the busiest distribution markets in the country, and the West Valley warehouses out past Goodyear and Buckeye are where most of this freight is actually going. Glendale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler and Scottsdale take the rest of the metro, and the lane runs on down I-10 to Tucson, with Flagstaff and Yuma reached off the same corridor.
Westbound it is usually retail and e-commerce stock, packaging, building materials, fixtures and machinery, plus freight that came in through a South Florida port and is headed for a western distribution center. Eastbound it is manufactured goods, electronics and components, and retail replenishment moving toward the Florida market. Both directions carry their own freight and get their own rate.
How the run to Arizona actually goes
About 2,350 road miles and four to five days. The opening leg is spent getting out of Florida, because almost everything leaving the state runs north through a narrow corridor before it turns west, so the first night usually falls in north Florida or south Georgia rather than somewhere that feels further along. Driver hours set the rest, and this is the shortest of the three western lanes, which is why it lands a day ahead of California.
The far end is the part worth planning. A West Valley warehouse with a fixed appointment has to be reached backwards from that window, and an hour late is often a day late. A drop trailer suits a shipper whose loading takes half a day; a live load keeps the truck at the dock while it is worked. Arizona to Miami runs on the same corridor in reverse and is planned and priced as its own load.
What to send for a rate on this lane
Pickup and delivery addresses, the window at each end, the weight, the pallet or piece count and how it is packaged, and what the commodity is. A 53 ft dry van carries about 45,000 lb and a reefer in the same footprint about 44,000, so heavy freight has its trailer chosen by the weight rather than by preference. Say if it needs temperature control, or an open deck because it loads from the side or the top.
If the freight arrives by sea, say so up front. Taking it out of the ocean box at the Hialeah Gardens dock before the long leg returns the container, ends per diem, and stops 2,350 miles of road paying container and chassis rates. It can usually be restacked to fill a trailer better than it filled the box, and that is where most of the saving comes from.

What it costs
Before it leaves Hialeah Gardens
One warehouse in Hialeah Gardens, over 50 dock doors
A full truckload is built here first, in Hialeah Gardens. Palletize, consolidate, wrap and load out of the warehouse, so what rolls out is one clean sealed trailer instead of a half-loaded guess. If you are shipping loose freight rather than a container, this is where it becomes a load.

Questions
Straight answers
Do you deliver out to the West Valley warehouses past Goodyear and Buckeye?
Yes, and that is where a lot of this freight is actually going. The big distribution buildings out past Goodyear and Buckeye sit well west of central Phoenix, so crossing the metro to reach them can cost a morning even though the map makes it look like the same city. Give the dock address and the appointment window rather than just Phoenix, and the last leg gets planned around it.
Is Tucson the same lane as Phoenix?
Effectively yes. Tucson sits down I-10 from Phoenix and a truck already in Arizona reaches it without leaving the corridor, so it prices as the same lane with a different delivery point rather than a different trip. What changes is the appointment: a Tucson delivery on the same day as a Phoenix one is a two-stop load and both windows have to fit the driver's hours, so send both if that is the plan.
Does the Phoenix heat change which trailer the load needs?
It can. Freight that tolerates a warm trailer in February may not tolerate one in July, and a dry van sitting on a dock in Phoenix gets hot quickly. If the commodity has any temperature tolerance at all, say so when you ask for the rate so it goes in a reefer rather than being found out at delivery. A reefer holds a set point, it does not pull heat out of a load that was already warm when it was loaded.
How long does Miami to Arizona take?
4 to 5 days, about 2350 road miles. That is typical drive time for the distance, not a scheduled service. Weather and the hours-of-service rules a driver runs under can move it a day either way, and we tell you which when we quote.
Which cities in Arizona do you deliver to?
Miami to Phoenix, Goodyear, Buckeye, Glendale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tucson, Flagstaff, Yuma. Those are where the freight clusters. If your city is not named it is still on the lane, so ask and we will confirm it.
Where in Florida do you load for Arizona?
Anywhere in Florida. We pick up across the state: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Naples, the east and west coasts both. So this is a Orlando to Arizona or Tampa to Arizona lane as much as a Miami one.
Can you ship freight from Arizona to Miami?
Shipping from Arizona to Miami is a lane we run for its own shippers. Phoenix and Tucson move manufactured goods, e-commerce and cross-border freight east toward Florida every week, and if that is your direction you get a quote for your load, priced on its own, not treated as a backhaul. Give us the Phoenix or Tucson pickup and the Miami delivery.
What equipment runs this lane?
A 53-foot dry van, full truckload. If your freight needs temperature control or an open deck, say so and we will quote the right trailer instead of forcing it into a van.
Is this full-truckload only?
This lane is priced as a full truckload. If you have a partial and want to know whether it is worth its own truck or worth waiting to share one, ask us and we will tell you straight.
How do I get a rate?
Send the lane, the equipment, the container size and the port, and we come back with a number. Quotes and dispatch run 24 hours a day at quotes@dariaslogistics.com.
